Dan Zimmerle

CEO & FOUNDER

Dan Zimmerle, founder and CEO of Cabinet Makeovers, began the company while attending Bible college as a way to support himself while preparing for ministry. For fifteen years, he refined his skills in painting and carpentry while pastoring a small country church, building both technical excellence and a servant-hearted approach to leadership. In 1995, Dan felt called to pursue cabinet making full time, committing fully to the craft he loved. From those humble beginnings, Cabinet Makeovers has grown into one of Middle Tennessee’s premier custom cabinet shops. Dan remains personally involved in every major design, ensuring each project reflects thoughtful craftsmanship, practical function, and enduring beauty. Today, Dan focuses on design and artistry, creating kitchens and living spaces that balance elegance and functionality.

Jerry Lee Lynch

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Jerry Lee Lynch, Chief Operations Officer of CM. Jerry came to CM with over 20 years of owning his own home improvement company and has been with CM for 10 years. He understands the ins and outs of everything that will happen in any project. He is an expert in every field, but he is an amazing craftsman when it comes to cabinet making. He oversees the company. He makes everyone better. He’s amazing with our clients. He’s what every company needs to be successful. Both of his sons, Robert and Boone, are cabinet makers in CM. He completes our team and everyone looks to him for direction. Leadership grounded in integrity.

Chris Sanford

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Chris Sanford is the Warehouse Manager of CM. He has over 35 years of experience in warehouse management, but better than that, he has over 50 years of experience in making people better. It’s hard to put into words, but Chris is one of those people who make everyone around him better. That is his role with CM, to optimize everyone’s capability and maximize productivity by making sure everything is in place and no nook and cranny is ignored. If you were to visit our facilities, you would be amazed at how organized and well maintained everything is. CM is more than blessed to have Chris in our midst.

Lori Zimmerle

CFO & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Lori Zimmerle, CFO and Accounting Manager of Cabinet Makeovers, has played a vital role in the company’s growth since she and Dan were married in 2002. With strong gifting in financial stewardship and money management, Lori ensures the company operates within budget while maintaining trusted relationships with vendors and customers. Under her direction, Cabinet Makeovers operates as a debt-free company, reinvesting profits to continually upgrade equipment and improve processes. Beyond finances, Lori is an advocate for every employee, genuinely caring for the people behind the work and helping create a healthy, stable, and supportive workplace that values integrity, accountability, long-term sustainability, and respect in every decision the company makes.Leadership grounded in integrity and guided by faith.

Christina Noel

PROJECT MANAGER

Christina Noel, Project Manager, is the heart and soul of CM. She is the voice you will hear when you call our office. She loves people, and she loves to oversee the optimization and beautification of each project CM is blessed to do. She is the person who meets and greets, and she is the person who makes the projects happen. She is amazing in every way and CM is blessed to have her in the role of Project Management. If you want your day brightened, call CM and Christina will make you smile bigger the rest of your day. Christina coordinates timelines, teams, and details to ensure projects run smoothly start-to-finish.
